We review your health history, your concerns and any past dental experiences, good or bad.
Dr. Barnes checks your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues and takes the X-rays you need.
Your hygienist removes plaque and tartar and polishes your teeth (if gum disease is present, a different type of cleaning may be recommended).

We’re in network with most PPO plans, and many plans help cover routine exams and cleanings. We’ll check your benefits and file your claims for you. For treatment beyond cleanings, you’ll get a written estimate first. We accept cash, credit cards, CareCredit, Cherry payment plans and some in-house finance options.

$99 covers exam, X-rays, and prophy (regular cleaning) when there is no periodontal disease. If periodontal disease is present, it's $69 for the exam and X-rays, and the patient pays separately for the necessary cleaning.
Treatment at Buffalo Creek Dental is provided by Jon Barnes, DDS, general dentist. Individual results vary; Dr. Barnes will recommend treatment only after an exam.
Yes. Dr. Barnes is a general dentist who sees patients of all ages, including kids. We recommend a first visit by your child’s first birthday or when the first tooth appears.
We recommend a complete checkup at least once every six months. Some patients, especially those with gum disease, need visits more often.
Yes, we’re accepting new patients. You can book online any time.
Your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of medications and any recent X-rays from a previous dentist if you have them.
